Wraith tactical speed

Wraith is in my opinion a balanced character, but she seriously is probably one of the worst and most unfair legends to choose and go against, 3 seconds to use a ability is just insane no other legend has that, the 3 second time is so unbelievably bad that the chances of you actually being able to use the ability before getting eliminated is like 10%, not to mention the bug where even if you do manage to use it right after you get in the void you can take damage

    @chumkeyyy Hey! Quick note Wraith's tactical takes 1.25 seconds to activate and then holds for 4 seconds. It's definitely a viable and super useful ability it's why we wraith for the most part! I agree she needs a bit more to balance her and bring her up to the other legends. Passive changes for sure but I slammed this in another post
