Wraith... why another nerf?

In the upcoming patch notes it says that the phase ability will now take 1.25 seconds to activate including a 20% movement slow. Why? Wraith was in no way overpowered as a legend and this has just gone too far. Her portal is the best tool for rotation. Nerfing my legend to the ground is just ruining apex legends for me. Now I feel as though I have to completely re learn how to effectively phase because respawn decided to change the ability into a “repositioning tool” newsflash. The portal repositions, the phase’s entire point is to negate incoming damage. This is total bs. All wraith gets is nerf after nerf after nerf. Honestly if this continues I’m done playing apex legends.

@Zamaha400 Also don't include randoms when talking about a weak ablity. They are strange people who have the iq of a mole rat. If you get into ranked, you will see a Rampart/Wattson/Caustic combo as they are near unstoppable in fights that require you to get up close and personal. This could be a situation where the circle is in a building or goes through a choke point. I also disagree with your choice of lowering the cooldown of shiela as in about 4 days, you are gonna be begging respawn to return it back.

@Hyuugajay0515 Before the double jump was added there were many complaints about how weak the Jump Pad was. Players (likely PC) said using the Jump Pad made you an easy target to be melted midair. I don't know if people changed their opinion on it but the community viewed it as weak
Outside of the game not functioning properly there's no excuse for dying without your squad. Either Wraith stupidly wandered away from her team or her team stupidly ignored her when needed. Either way the isolated player should die since her team showed poor teamwork.
Focusing on other Legends too much just derails the conversation but I also dislike the current version of Gibby and Lifeline. Pathfinder received a pretty big nerf because players were sick of him flinging himself to safety. Not great points for your argument when the community pushes/pushed for nerfs on them too.

@SERPENT_DESCEND see but thats the problem... she already has a repositioning ability, the phase should work as an escape in extremely tight situations, meaning low hp and outnumbered fight escapes, which means it shoud have a low activation time.

@Zamaha400 I was just saying that most people will be quick to judge wraith and her kit, but when someone brings up Pathfinder, they will just go "oH hE hAs A lOnGEr CooLdoWN" or "wEll hE cAN StILl gEt SHoT aT". I was just making sure you couldnt bring that BS up when I start to talk about how strong the other scout legends are.
