Wraith's passive is useless and respawn isn't doing crap about it

To be honest, it has been worthless for the past 5 seasons due to one fact. The players are getting better. In season 1, her kit was really good and even though her passive was still pretty bad, her tactical, ultimate, and "hitbox" (I dont really think wraith was THAT hard to hit, yall just had to know to aim at the center) made up for her weak passive. However, nerf after nerf, wraith has become a legend most people play solely due to 2 factors. Either they want to use her solely because of stats they have acquired or because of the skins they have for her.

Wraith is no longer an S tier legend and imo, isnt even an A tier legend because of the number of legends that outclass her in movement and scouting abilities. Her tactical could really use a change to either take 1.25 seconds to activate, but we can still run or have it be .5 seconds, but we cant run, not both. Her ult is the only thing that keeps her relevant and thats at best an A tier ult due to it having to be used in very specific situations to be useful while every other movement legend has a way better ultimates. But what makes wraith the worst scouting legend is that her passive is pretty useless in almost every situation. I say 'almost' because there have been situations where it prevented me from just running out of a building and getting sniped, but in most situations, it only warns you about things after something happened. Her ability is supposed to warn you of enemies ADSing you, but by that point, they have already pulled the trigger so the ability is pretty useless in that sense. Also the fact that it gives no detail makes you just question if its the squad you are already fighting or a third party.

I feel like her passive needs to be way more critical and detailed. Instead of saying "traps", say "there may be a trap above/below." Instead of saying "They might have seen you" she could say "there may be enemies in front/behind." Instead of saying "sniper" she could say, sniper to your right/left/behind/in front of you." There are even files that have other things like grenades which could be useful to get your team out of an area earlier to avoid a grenade. I just feel like her kit worked in 2019 because everyone was bad at that time so you could really use that help, but her kit doesn't work right now because of how much more skilled everyone is and the time from ads'ing on you to actually shooting is so short that you might as well just mute it to avoid footsteps being muffled.
