@MoNosDirtyGaming No, she doesnt need a buff and won't get one which is a good thing.
- @xx_Dante2k_xx She's only the most nerfed character in the game, thats all. reducing the cooldown to 1.5 seconds would make for smoother transitions between fighting and backing off, because you end up being shot when in phase and getting downed anyway, Let's not forget the 35 second cooldown either.

- @Abyssloli Lol why because giving him a lesser version of wraith's tactical somehow makes him the most nerfed? Please.. All that did was make pathfinder balanced. At least with pathfinders tactical his cooldown starts while you're still grappling, where'as for wraiths you have to wait till the tactical is over.
