Started playing this game pre-season 1 , the day this game got released .
i come to find out today everyone is getting Loyalty badges to show off when you first started playing this game and for some reason my account doesn't have the right loyalty badge.
am i missing something ? you can legit check my account history and it clearly shows i started before season 1. really disappointed that i can't even get the loyalty badge i deserve . yikes .
Also have same issue but I played a month after. I got the base level badge but I would expect at least the level 2.

@kyquiltIm having the same issue... it literally gave me the badge as if I first started the game a week ago and I just saw a level 30 running around with the 2nd variant of the badge...
I should not have the basic badge on my account, Ive played for 961 hours... I contacted support and the guy was from india and was the worst tech support guy ive ever spoken to, I should atleast have the 2nd variant if not the best version as Ive played the game since early season 1 if not earlier... honestly this just gives me another reason to quit, renavants practically awful and can barely climb 2 floors, no solos so stuck dealing with the same issues, and now they can’t even give loyal players the correct badges
Could you guys check your apex achievements and see when was it first dated to?
I have the same issue. I know for a fact I started playing on day 3. Absolute fact. And I was given the tier 2 badge. A friend whom i introduced the game to AFTER I started playing received the tier 3 badge. I'm disappointed.
Starting before season 1 =/= Starting the first week the game got released.
When did you receive your first apex achievement? It's possible to receive tier 1 badge when you started before season 1.
