around a week ago it Sayed i was banned then i went to go see the ban i have issued, it Sayed i was cheating. i even went to the support team who Sayed i was cheating i haven't been on my account in weeks if it wasn't me someone was on my account which i have no record of letting someone on my account idk what to do knowing its a 13k dollar account

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3.

FYI it might be as good idea to immediately turn on 2 factor authentication on your account, if you get your account back, and change your EA and account associated email password.
