Actually about that, in PC, to throw a grenade you press g. You long press G to see all available ones you have. Same as long pressing number 4 to choose which healing item you want. So if the grenade you looted does not automatically show, just long press ur grenade button and equip it.
@tripletake-mann He means that when you pick up a throwable, it used to show, now it does not, you have to manually select it.
