Xbox Game Chat Volume

Xbox Game Chat became incredibly loud after the no-game chat bug was fixed. We need an adjustment slider so we can control teammates' mic volumes. Mute/no mute is too broad of an option. Right now I am forced to mute 99% of my teammates because they are so loud. Makes playing this game solo even more frustrating.

  • Wow, did not know that "Dialogue volume" meant game chat I assume that was for character voices. Thank you!

@hayes1414 I don't know about console, but on PC, we have a slider for "Incoming voice chat", so dialogue should just be for voicelines.

@Midnight9746 Sadly the menu on console is not the same. My audio options tap out at "master volume, sound effects, dialogue, music, lobby" then we can disable voice chat. Not sure why it can't be the same as PC options. But sadly not surprised
  • Never mind dialogue does not affect in-game chat amongst teammates. Need a slider for that like PC has.

  • @hayes1414 Almost january now still a problem, i am pretty much always better off muting everyone immediately which blows
  • I actually just now found a way on xbox to do this

    1. u have to create a party

    2. switch to gamechat in the party

3 adjust the party volume slider to your liking
