@ringin10 I have gotten downed so many times after reaching cover its serious. Its so common for me that my play style is based around that, I have a better chance going rambo than trying to play corners. I just love the game too much to quit but this makes for very inconsistent matches. I can usually tell right away if I'm on a bad server, I will get damage around corners and shut doors or my guns will shoot magic bullets that disappear into another dimension...On the other side of that, some matches will be in my favor. If I'm shooting at someone running for cover and they're low hp, continuing to track and shoot will down said player even if they're out of sight... Its not like I can shoot through walls or something, its just those cases of one more bullet would down them, keep spraying and it did. I also tested my internet and tried different DNS #s on my Xbox but its still hit or miss. I wonder if switching to pc would be better.

I’m in the same boat, I love the game and playstyle variations with the legends. I have been paying more attention to my game, capturing video and spectating since I posted this and here’s my thoughts. The game at its core is broken, my brother and I have both picked up an r99 to start a game and can’t control it, few match matches later I will grab an r99 with no mods and it won’t recoil at all, and I know I am not good enough to counter the recoil, No idea why it does this, the net coding is garbage as has been discussed numerous times, and on top of that the servers clearly have many issues. I rarely have a ping over 40, and the other night I could barely move in a match so I did a quick speed test while in the match and it showed no issues, so my assumption there is server issue. Today I have 2 captures of a peacekeeper blast hitting a pathfinder in the face for zero damage and a G7 going through a Watson 3 different times. It’s unfortunate a game with some serious potential for comp play cannot be taken seriously because of the many issues making every fight one sided. I’m guessing 1 out of every 1000 is a legitimate fair fight, it might even be less than that.
