Yeah, for his ult to be viable he would need to be either actually invisible or have a hefty speed boost while stealthed.
As for his passive it just needs a different application like maybe he automatically stealths when he drops below 25% health
Id love to toy with the idea of his ult changing the dynamic of the game in a different way. My favourite idea being that each of his clones have a conversation with one another. The noise cancelling of you escaping would be handy and it would play on an element of the game that thus far hasn't been changed. It would possibly need the visibility of mirage playing with too, but that would be one for the people who balance it all appropriately. It would also fit his character perfectly!
- Or as I mentioned in my original post.. he could fire running decoys in a few different directions but stay visible x
