@jjoyce009 how would you judge, benchmark these issues? Who would be the decision-maker on whom to penalize and whom not if servers themselves do not work well?

Easier - change server or don't play while servers are bad 🙂

This is happening only on the servers with the shortest pings. Can you share with me your crystal ball that you have so I can tell when it is going to happen? They obviously can produce a specific error code when it happens, so they can already tell the difference.
