Zero heirloom shards in 80 apex packs...

I opened 80 packs to find absolutely zero heirloom shards. Its the only reason i bought them. I don't give a * about a legendary banner for Gibraltar... complete ripoff and I want my money back.

I can understand where you're coming from, but that's the way the game was initially set up before the heirloom shards were introduced. I haven't heard if there are any plans to allow the option to exchange or refund an heirloom, I'm afraid.

LoL people out here complaining that they can't get an heirloom!

I've spent roughly $1,000 and I can't even queue into a match! LAUGH OUT LOUD BRO!
