In the past two days, a large-scale wave of wrongful bans has occurred. Every year, the Apex anti-cheat system experiences one or two instances of massive erroneous bans, making it hard not to question whether the Apex anti-cheat program is functioning correctly. The cause of this recent wave of wrongful bans was actually due to a special feature in a game mode developed by the team itself. Most players were banned for being identified as exhibiting "game enhancement behavior." The TOS team even processes player appeals automatically and in bulk through scripted programs. Real cheaters are never punished harshly or banned in a timely manner, but ordinary players are treated and tormented like this. This is the so-called famous Apex team — a group that is irresponsible, lacking technical ability, and disrespectful toward consumers and players.

I do not know as I am not apart of the EA TOS Team nor do I work for EA/Respawn, (and even if I did know, I don't think I would be able to discuss it either).

The use of contacting the EA TOS Team is to appeal your EA Account lock, ban, or suspension if one is in place as the EA TOS Team are the only ones who can handle such issues.
While it may seem like you are talking to a bot or an AI, you are actually talking to real people, (although they do use templates to help speed things along).
If you are being told to "not expect anything further", that does means that your EA Account's lock, ban, or suspension will not be overturned.

It is a cat and mouse game when it comes down to cheaters as when the anti-cheat gets better, so to does the cheats that the cheaters use.
While false positives are possible, in most cases those get automatically overturned, however if you believe you had been banned by mistake and yet to have your ban overturned, you would need to contact the EA TOS Team as mentioned above, (assuming you haven't been told to "not expect anything further").
