100% CRAFTING METALS IN APEX PACKS

I have unlocked nearly everything available in the game, and when I try to open apex packs I only get 100% crafting metals.

Unfortunately I was trying to unlock items from previous battle pass seasons, but this is not an option via apex packs. Ideally I'd like to be compensated for the money spent on the apex packs or I would like some items I don't currently have. Are there any developers who can help me?

@TehNevo Unfortunately you won't receive any compensation on this matter, you have received a reward from your apex packs in line with how the system works and there hasn't been any faults, ergo no reason to refund the purchases.
On the brightside you can use crafting materials to purchase future event skins when they come out so not all is lost.

@TehNevo No one can help you here. If you look inside any character or weapon and see you own everything why would you think you can get more stuff? Everything possible is listed. BP items are during the BP or during special purchase events.

Similar models come around every now and then. Keep an eye on the store.

@TehNevo If you are talking about the reactive Wingman skin from the lvl 100 & 110 reward for the Season 5 Battle Pass, this skin will likely never be available again, unfortunately. The reactive skins are Battle Pass exclusive to their respective seasons. None of the reactive skins have made a return yet, to my knowledge
