2vs3 and 1vs3 in 40% games in Arena

I counted. And this is what I got.

In my case 4 of 10 games in Ranked Arena, there was 2vs3 or 1vs3 on either side. This is absolutely ridiculous that basic game function isn't working and everyone is fine with it. Wow
