500+ ping on every Apex server only occurs in Apex

So, starting 2 days ago on April 7th, I was having issues I have never had before. I started experiencing random in game freezing, it would be consistent and every few seconds. Before this I have never had any issues with the game. I am at a University so I am stuck using there internet which is really good clocking at 130 MB/s so I knew it wasn't on my end. I checked my ping to the servers in game and every server has a ping issue of 500+. I am located in Florida so before I was using the South Carolina server but every other server offers from 600 - 1000 ping, which is unplayable. All of my drivers are up to date and I have attached the dxdiag report as well. I have tried every other trick in the book, trying everything else out from downgrading my drivers, to well anything else that has been put in the forums. From my own research I have found that it is either a horrible connection from my pc to the servers, or the servers are over worked and flooded (which I doubt is the issue). I have tried a LAN line, and a wireless connection and my ping to the servers has only gotten worse. I have also done everything in the connectivity troubleshooting and none of it has helped.
