72 Days Logged On Apex/ No Heirloom
I am level 305, and I know its you "get" one at level 500 but i've spent around 50 dollars on packs as well.
Am I just cursed? or am I a LONG time away from getting one

Never seen any guarantees and I know people that are over 500 and haven't gotten them. I have 3 and have been playing the game for a few years. It takes a while that's for sure. I've only spent $10 on the game during all that time, so I don't think what you spend has anything to do with it.
You are guaranteed heirloom shards upon opening 500 packs. Some get lucky and get those shards right away, some not till closer to the 500 pack mark. Its luck of the draw.
