As for the skins I disagree. If you are level 100 you will have enough scrap to buy atleast one legend skin you want. You should have got others for free.
All of this for free in addition to other skins. If we want them to be rare and wow moments they must be hard to get. You can buy the skins for £15 if really desperate on rotation (if you are that crazy).
Also we don't know what the seasons will bring and what access to new skins. It's very early to complain about something you got for free because you can't have it all for free. You do know they did work to make the game.
Finally I'm personally quite happy with this system super fans will pay $200 and support the game meaning more content is added and the game gets better. If no one buys items they will be forced to diversify into a new way of getting money in game so ultimately it's all player driven whether you like it or not.
