A small request about voices of the void

Question

It would be cool if we got an option to use it with the character utility action button. Just as it used to be before the quip wheel if I remember correctly.

BTW Why can't I bind anything to the 0 (zero) button ?

Id like to add my own request to this if you don't mind, remove this gosh darn passive voiceline so I don't get heart attacks whenever someone dies near me

@budzai Yeah if you're nearby when someone dies and you didn't kill them this passive voiceline will kick in, now imagine barely surviving a fight and trying to heal up expecting a third party when you suddenly hear this stupid thing lol

@Pretzelnutcake I haven't had the "luck" to hear it yet. Yeah it seems unnecessary anyway.
