When I play a solo match, it is all about surviving until that last team is standing. We all know +3500 survival points beats 500 for champion. I guess they got upset and rage quit before I could get to them. Not that I stand much of a chance at champion, but a one on one is better odds than a 3 on one. I was in the very last ring crouched behind a wall on Olympus, they finished off the 3rd place team. I was about vault over the wall and take my lumps, when it announced me the champion. None on one is the best odds of all.
Note: I didn't rat one spot either, I was moving, looting, and by the time I got into position, I had even crafted my purple armor to red.

@pandareno1999not unless they took a walk into the heat zone. I figure it could have been a disconnect on their network. Maybe, since this was on Olympus, they could have taken a spill down a hole? If they had a Bloodhound on that team they could have found me in the last ring. The final ring is like fighting in a broom closet.
- @Xubunnytwo Amy chance the end game was in the area where you can get sucked into the portal? I had a teammate do that recently. As I'm finishing off the last team I noticed him flying away 🤣
Another option is someone could have jumped off a ledge or the last bullets of each player finished each other off.
