About Account Bans Today
Hey folks I notice a lot of posts about the issue with the bans handed out today. So I will shed a little clarity on the situation. This is from one of the Respawns Terms of Service team members.
Had a banwave this morning that had errors from a system issue. Incorrect bans were reversed within a few hours and all are reversed now, so if you think you were banned in error try logging in again. Should be emails but sometimes they lag.
So the innocents have been reversed if you feel the ban was not lifted and are still banned you will need to contact the Terms of Service teams to investigate the issue.
