@TheRegius01 Unfortunatly there is no official pack counter.
There are 3rd party sites that can give you a rough idea of where you are in the countdown to your heirloom, like the one below, but you would need to know roughly how many you bought and earned.

Perhaps you could go back through your bank account or email reciepts to find out how many you bought.
Thanks. It's sad to hear there is a no official pack counter ☹️ i think i am near to 500 or about 500 but i am not sure but i dont have heirloom yet. Guarenteed heirloom at 500 packs is true? I spent many times at this game and i really want heirloom ☹️
@TheRegius01 yes it's guaranteed at 500. But it's often the case that players feel they have more packs than they actually have.
I save mine up and only open them when I have 100 packs saved up. So I know exactly how many I have opened.
I don't know why there is no in game heirloom pack counter, it seems such a simple thing to do. I would also think that the closer someone is to the golden 500, the more likely they would be to buy packs to finish the collection off, if they knew their exact pack count.

Afaik if their is a guaranteed heirloom at 500 opened apex packs (packs that count towards the heirloon), then the odds are:
500 to 1 on the first pack
499 to 1 on the second pack
498 to 1 on the third pack
And so on until the 500th pack
Which is 100% guaranteed to include a heirloom.
But every pack that is opened has a chance of including a heirloom.
