SEER's tactical not always working?

Recently been trying SEER out again and having some fun - would have a lot more fun if i could secure that green power ranger skin.

Anyway... I use his passive so see there is heartbeat of Enemies ahead... and then use his tactical... yet it captures frequently NO enemies, and i'll enter that space i scanned and heartbeat checked and boom there's an enemy right there.

Anyone else experiencing bug with SEER's tactical?

1ronKeys Seer's tactical has a range and other players are also able to jump out of the way of Seer's tactical as well.

With that being said, do you have any videos showing what's going on to better see if its the range of Seer's tactical or if Seer's tactical is bugged?
