False ban?

Hi. ill keep it short as I'm sure many others have had the same issue as me.

Yesterday evening I was playing Wildcard Trios with 2 of my friends and after about 2 matches of playing I received a wrongful termination of my account.

The ban stated that I was using "Game altering software" to gain an unfair advantage over the other players. Id like to say that this is completely untrue and after appealing my unban request was denied?

Dose anyone have any advice on what i could do next?

Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. The best I can recommend is submitting a dispute so that Terms of service can look for any evidence the ban was given out by mistake. You can find instructions for this here.

Hey thanks for the quick response. I'm currently going through that process already and I've stated that I have no knowledge of any game altering software on my pc, the only thing I could possibly think of is Reshade but even that isn't installed or linked with apex in any way
