Account ban

I have been banned from Apex Legends for no reason.

It started a few days ago I wanted to login after a long break the last time I played Apex Legends was November 2024. Everyone has that time where they need a break from the game especially cause I found other games I was more interested in. Recently reinstalled it and tried to launch and found out I was banned. Because this account has thousands of $ worth of stuff I appealed instantly only for them to say they won't unban me. The crazy part is the date of my ban is in April which is impossible since I haven't played Apex since november very strange to me. I've seen a lot of complaints about false bans recently looks like they genuinely have no idea what they are doing with the anticheat. My KD is 1.60 pretty average to above average player when I try harded I got around low diamond/high plat rank.

anyone else got same issues?

    Hey 99_Promise​, 

    If you feel an action was placed on your account incorrectly, creating an appeal with these steps as you mentioned doing will be the only way to have that reviewed.

    Another appeal will have a different member of our Terms of Service team take another look unless it's already reached the point where they've said not to expect further replies. If that's the case, I'm afraid that would be final and not something that can be changed through other channels either.
