NEED HELP WHEN I PRESS CONTINUE I GET A FULL BLACK SCREEN

when i signed in the my ea it was stuck on loading with a black screen so i closed my game and reopened it and now when i press continue it just puts a infinite black screen if there is any higher ups that can help me because i have tried everything and contacted live support and they have sent me over here i have a clip of the issue

Someone suggest this to me
If you're playing on PC and had Alt + F4'ed when you last played, you can try repairing the game's files.
For some reason, Alt + F4 seems to cause issues with the connection to the game, (and it was resolved for me after I had repaired the game's files), so hopefully, repairing the game's files works for you as well.
