Account Banned
Hi there,
I hope everyone who is reading this is doing great, So basically my EA account was banned on 19 December 2021 for bad behavior in Chat. I have tried many times to reach out to the support and Terms of Service team, but they would send me an Automatic Email saying we have done all investigation and we won't reverse this decision.
I have submitted over 50 cases some through EA Customer Support and some through emails. it has been well over a year since I was banned, I believe it has been more than enough to punish someone for this long for a chat.
If anyone here can help me reinstate my account, I would be very thankful and it will seriously make my year, I have spent a lot of time, resources, and dedication on this account (apex Legends).

Account issues such as bans cannot be helped with here on AHQ as this is a community space.
In your case you should get in contact with the TOS team, though since you've mentioned that you've submitted over 50 cases, it seems like you've pretty much already exhausted that option.

Usually they come to a final decision after 3 or 4 cases or so, so submitting any further cases won't really change anything.
So if they've decided to uphold the action then I don't think there really is anything you can do to change this outcome.
