Account Banned

Hi there,

I hope everyone who is reading this is doing great, So basically my EA account was banned on 19 December 2021 for bad behavior in Chat. I have tried many times to reach out to the support and Terms of Service team, but they would send me an Automatic Email saying we have done all investigation and we won't reverse this decision.

I have submitted over 50 cases some through EA Customer Support and some through emails. it has been well over a year since I was banned, I believe it has been more than enough to punish someone for this long for a chat. 

If anyone here can help me reinstate my account, I would be very thankful and it will seriously make my year, I have spent a lot of time, resources, and dedication on this account (apex Legends).

Please let me know if any of the EA support team can help me out.

    Account issues such as bans cannot be helped with here on AHQ as this is a community space.

    In your case you should get in contact with the TOS team, though since you've mentioned that you've submitted over 50 cases, it seems like you've pretty much already exhausted that option.

    All information on how to dispute bans or on how to get more information related to your bans can be found in this article: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    Usually they come to a final decision after 3 or 4 cases or so, so submitting any further cases won't really change anything.

    So if they've decided to uphold the action then I don't think there really is anything you can do to change this outcome.

  • TOS team would do nothing even if you contact customer support and you will stay banned forever. You need to make another account or dont play EA games at all. I will go the second way after my account was terminated week ago same way as yours because i responded to toxic teammates that didnt got banned for using toxic words in voice chat. Having your account terminated without any warning is ridiculus and nonsense i have never seen before. In other gaming services, which i use for long long time and never get a single ban, if you got banned, the ban will be for some time in single game which i consider a good punishment for player to cool down. But getting perma ban on account level for single word from EA side makes no sense as puishment to me.

  • me too i get banned since 2021 ☹️ thats sad 2024 and they never unban me
