Lost access to mail

My ea account has been around for many years and during this time I lost access to the mail linked to the account, can I somehow link a new mail. The PlayStation Network is also linked to the account and I have full access to it. How can I prove that the account belongs to me?

  • I have already left an appeal there, but no one helps, I also wrote to the consultant's support yesterday, but they didn't help me because I allegedly am not the account owner, although I provided all the information, and now I can't even write to them again.

    It sounds like you haven't been able to verify account ownership. That is required before they can make any changes. The best I can advise is to try to recall the correct answers to the questions they're asking. If you can do that, they can update the account with your current email.

  • Do you happen to know what the reason might be that I can't write to a consultant, I have a gray button that can't be pressed?

    Do you already have a case active? If you do, make sure you aren't resuming it. That pulls it from the queue so an advisor won't be able to respond.
