If you disagree with the account action and want that decision reviewed, you'll want to submit an appeal so the Terms of Service team can take another look. Unfortunately, we don't have the right tools or resources to help directly here on the forums. This page has more information about actioned accounts, along with steps for submitting an appeal. 

Please be sure that you're signed in to the actioned account before appealing, or the appeal option won't be available. To confirm if you're on the right account, check your connected accounts page for the platform accounts you've been playing with.

Once you submit the appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach back out once the investigation is complete. Thanks!

Thank you very much for your time and help. However I just realised that the ban is on an EA account made on email account that is very old and that I do not have access to anymore. Not my current my email, which my current EA account is registered on.

Would you by any chance know how I would be able gain access to that account or (would EA be able to transfer that account on my current email)? If possible.

Typically, you can change the email address on that EA account by following the steps on this page. But since the email isn't accessible anymore, you'll need to contact live support and have them work with you to change it. You can do so by using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page. The team will need to ask you a few questions about the account to verify that you're the account owner before they can help you. 

If you're struggling to answer those questions correctly after multiple attempts, it might be best to contact your email provider to recover the email address on their end.
