Need to be able to report in game mics

I don't have a computer that is capable of handling recording games as I play them, I'm on a laptop and squeezing as many frames out of it as I can... I've played numerous matches recently where a teammate has called me or other people racial slurs like the N-word and theres no way to report it unless I have it recorded, this needs to change.

I got a warning the other day for calling someone an A-hole on my team for cheating, but theres kids running around saying the most disgusting things I've ever heard with no repercussions. You need to monitor voice chat, at least have it recording so when there is a report of harassment or someone outright throwing out slurs you can do something about it
