Account data lost

I'verecently back to the game and when I logged in to the game yesterday my account was set to lv1. At first I thought that I logged in to the wrong account, but I found that I still have the skins that were equipped (other skins are lost) and some of the characters still have their badges on. My friend told me same thing happened a lot in 2024.4, can I still get my data back?
