Account falsely banned for a year and no compensation?
Hello, I hope someone at EA that can help is reading this. I was falsely banned sometime early 2022, it says 18th of Feburary but i remember playing until after that date but thats besides the point. I was banned early 2022 for no reason and tried many times to get my account unbanned to no success, I had opened multiple live chats that all ended the same with them sending an email to one of the teams that deal with bans, they almost all had a automated message and the ones that didnt have that did not help. Also worth mentioning that there was never a reason for the ban under "My Ban History" on the EA site and there still isnt one, also I have been unbanned for a while now, the ban lasted around a year and after a couple of months of trying to get it unbanned i gave up for a while and just created a new account. I spent a lot of money on my new account, same as the one that was banned, both having around a 1000USD$ spent on them. Then my account gets unbanned, I am confused, rightfully so. After a bit of thinking i am happy but then i remember that i now have 2 accounts worth a lot of money, I want some sort of compensation which is stupid i know or the accounts merged if possible as i personally dont think its fair to ban my account falsly for a year and not tell me why or give me compensation when its unbanned. Couple last things worth noting here, the first thing I talked to support about was maybe my account was hacked? No, it wasnt but now that my account is unbanned im getting my emails form EA such as verification codes in an asian language. Thats all, im sorry this is written poorly, im not the best at writing long texts like this.
