Account hacked and banned-- need desperate advice

My account was hacked and falsely banned. 

I haven't logged onto my Origin account since the end of May. I received an email in the end of July saying my account was banned for cheating. Initially, I thought it was a phishing scam to make me click on a link as the address was "@e.ea.com" which looks odd. Normally I would imagine it would just be "@ea.com". I changed my password anyway and enabled 2F-Authenticator in case. Then I log in to play for Season 10 and it keeps kicking me out and then saying I am banned. 

I have sent 2 support tickets already, the first one got denied as they said it was a "thorough" investigation and they will keep my account banned. The problem is I requested my EA data, found in your account settings and I took a look. There is evident proof that my account was trying to be accessed and then successfully accessed by someone in MULTIPLE foreign countries, nearly all in the same day(s)-- from Hong Kong, Russia, Brazil, Singapore etc. 

I'm asking for help from ANYBODY, any mod, or persons in positions to help me as I have worked really hard on that account and have had since Season 1. If anything, is it possible to chargeback ALL purchases? Anything I can do at the point? I feel completely robbed right now.

  • @khanguwu Hi there, innocent person! First of all, let me say how sorry all of us here are to hear about your ban. The number of people getting hacked and banned is overwhelming, like 99.9% of all bans or something. EA is terrible.

    Unfortunately, there's nothing any of us can do on the forums. You will have to resolve the matter with the terms of service team. We all wish we could help, but we can't.

  • How many times have you appealed the ban? 

    Hey welcome to AHQ! Unfortunately AHQ (the forum) won't be able to do much for you on the ban. You will need to contact the EA TOS department, they are the only teams who can review bans and reverse them.

    Please only submit 1 ticket, and wait for a response. I have heard they are receiving an unusually high number of appeals, so it might take a few weeks to get a response. They will respond it just takes time for them to review everything and respond.

    If your initial appeal is denied, then you can submit a second appeal.

    Keep an eye on your emails spam and junk folder, just to make sure you do not miss any communication from the EA TOS department.

    I'm more worried that they will continue to dismiss my appeal and stop further requests for an appeal. Do you know if anyone has been unbanned in cases similar to mine? I'm a hardstuck gold/plat player and barely win my games. But when I check my match history/logs (suggested from someone on the forums), I see that my account has 6 first places in a row; also mention that I have someone added in my friends list that I do not know. If someone logged into my account and used cheats with it, if this were the case, is it likely to be unbanned?  Could I also get a charge back on all my purchases on my account if they continue to deny my appeal?

    Bans have been lifted when there is evidence that they should be. When your ban is disputed, ToS does a thorough investigation on the account. They will do this up to 3 times. If, after the 3rd time, you're still told the ban won't be lifted, that's because they couldn't find where the ban was issued by mistake. We want you all to be able to play out games. We really hate to have to ban people, but that needs to be done when people aren't playing by the rules and end up harming the enjoyment of others.
