Account hacked and banned-- need desperate advice
My account was hacked and falsely banned.
I haven't logged onto my Origin account since the end of May. I received an email in the end of July saying my account was banned for cheating. Initially, I thought it was a phishing scam to make me click on a link as the address was "@e.ea.com" which looks odd. Normally I would imagine it would just be "@ea.com". I changed my password anyway and enabled 2F-Authenticator in case. Then I log in to play for Season 10 and it keeps kicking me out and then saying I am banned.
I have sent 2 support tickets already, the first one got denied as they said it was a "thorough" investigation and they will keep my account banned. The problem is I requested my EA data, found in your account settings and I took a look. There is evident proof that my account was trying to be accessed and then successfully accessed by someone in MULTIPLE foreign countries, nearly all in the same day(s)-- from Hong Kong, Russia, Brazil, Singapore etc.
I'm asking for help from ANYBODY, any mod, or persons in positions to help me as I have worked really hard on that account and have had since Season 1. If anything, is it possible to chargeback ALL purchases? Anything I can do at the point? I feel completely robbed right now.
