Account hacked! Heirloom shards spent
I sign in to play apex legends. I load into a game and didn't pick my champ. I load in as wraith. using a skin I never use and I panicked when I realized I had an heirloom. I have never owned an heirloom. I do have shards but I refuse to use them till I am ready to. I also realize I'm now in some clan called sss even though I have never joined that clan and it seems the two other members' usernames are unrecognizable and Chinese. the clan log says I've played multiple games with them but that isn't true. It even shows that I have like 9 wins this season but I haven't played in like a month. Apparently I also have a 4k damage badge as Wraith. Ea support says there's nothing I can do, but admits that I have been hacked. I don't want the stupid new wraith heirloom. Is there any justice? can someone please help me
@canteendylan afaik there is nothing that can be done to get the spent shards back. Did you have 2 factor authentication on?
The EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help directly with account-related issues, such as having been hacked. If you feel you have been hacked, the only thing you can do is follow the steps in this article:
