Account issues
I was recently playing Apex until my email got swapped to the email that was placed on it before and required me to send a code to unlock my account to like fix the issue because it says missing info for account or something and whenever I type the code in the whole page refreshes and nothing happens so I haven’t been able to log into my account for the past couple weeks. Can anyone help me with this because I’ve chat with the support and they won’t help me because I deleted the creation email a while back because I got hacked

I'm afraid we are not able to make any account changes here on the forums, sorry. As we would need to verify some specific account details to make sure we're only changing things for the original account owner, this would need to go through our support team directly.
I see you've mentioned chatting with support already, so you can resume a case from your case history page or create a new case to have them take another look at the situation with you. They'll still need to be able to verify certain information before changes can be made, so you'd need to continue working with them if you're running into any trouble with that process.
