Account Randomly Banned

Hey!

There’s been other cases like this but I have a more specific question regarding the timeline for it. I already put in a case regarding what happened but I was wondering if there was any way to handle that faster? I was just excited for the anniversary collection and the trackers for Apex Legends and hate the idea that I’m going to miss all of it for reasons unknown to me.

Regarding specifics to my case, I logged into apex today and found out my account was permanently banned and then realized I couldn’t log into origin either. It happened a few days ago but the email notification went to an email I hardly use and rarely check. I also haven’t played in a few days because I’ve had a lot of exams, they weren’t particularly outstanding either. I’m hoping I didn’t accidentally exceed a timeline I wasn’t aware of.

I wasn’t told what I supposedly did wrong, they just said it was a ban and I violated something in the user agreement or terms of sale But I know it’s nothing like cheating (my k/d speaks for itself, I’m not even a decent player). I also haven’t bought anything either in a while for any game I’ve played.

While I know these issues can’t be solved here, I was hoping for an Avenue to get this over faster so I can go back to playing with my friends.
