Ultimate+ missing 1,200 Crafting Metals after purchase

Today (April 3rd 2026) I bought the Ultimate+ upgrade for €19.99 after already having the Premium Battle Pass.

I bought it only because the offer clearly advertised instant 1,200 Crafting Metals, Apex Packs and other rewards.

I only received the 10 level skips. The 1,200 Crafting Metals and other instant rewards are still missing.

I have contacted EA Support multiple times since 4:30 AM. Every agent has ended the chat or sent generic responses saying they can't help.

This is misleading advertising. I paid extra money specifically for those instant rewards that were never delivered.

EA can verify the purchase with my Transaction ID if needed.

Has anyone else had this exact issue with Ultimate+ this split? Support has been useless so far.
