Account suspended 1 week for AVATAR used from 2015, 10 days passed, I'm shook
Long story short, ive been playing massively Apex Legends, and my account got suspened for 1 week out of blue for my avatar which ive been using it since 2015, i havent received any warning email anything at all, i opened a case 10 days ago, still havent received feedback, first time happening to me with any gaming company, this lack of seriousness is shocking me, I havent uploaded a single apex content on my channel for 1 week. and theres no live chat option from my country, what can I do to fasten this situation im in, ive invest thousands of gaming hours and dollars in this account. Whats worse after suspension I've received three of the same emails and i cant change the avatar. and I still havent got any feedback to my case.
Has anybody ever been in this position Im shocked ?
@Alphabets As I understand they're different teams and different specialisations, and it's possible the avatar was reported.
@TigersMillk From your description of the ban going long and the duplicate mails there may be a system error there, we'll see if there's anything we can see on our end.
Just for general info/clarity this isn't us being able to interject around a ban, but what appears to be an error around the application of the ban, as folks should get one mail that clearly states ban length.
