Account suspension

Question

Hi it's Yxm1n,I have found my account to be suspended because I said a curse word in chat, I did not know you could get banned for saying that yet I can justify where the anger came from.I was playing an arenas ranked game with my friend and a random teammate which was spamming the voice lines over and over nonstop all game, which was annoying for me and my friend. So first I asked him nicely to stop, yet he didn't listen and kept on spamming the voice lines.All I'm asking is for my suspension to be removed or reduced at leastas I am extremely active on this account.I promise I will act accordingly in game and deeply apologize for my actions.I hope you can understand my situation.Sincerely,Yamin

@Yxm1n Please refrain from answering back to toxic players even though you're not at fault. You can dispute your ban/suspension by following the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

Thanks for your advice, though I think the problem was with me saying a blacklisted word that I didn't know that it was blacklisted, do you think they might remove my suspension?

@Yxm1n I actually don’t know since some posts here in the forums say that it was a 1 week suspension first as a warning then some say that they were instantly given a perma ban. I guess it depends on the severity of what you’ve said?
