I can agree with everything you've asked for. But I'm definitely curious about this:
"allowing Solo players to communicate effectively without needing to talk"
How on earth do you get to master every season without using your mic???? In fact, it looks to me like virtually everything you listed, apart from a replay system, could be handled by a mic + good communication skills. Which is a euphemism for not trash talking your less-skilled teammates. Not saying that's what you do, but based on my experience in ranked, it's a serious possibility. And based on your desire for a voice abuse report feature, it sounds like you've been busted a time or two for texting back some inappropriate responses. I get it. It's not always easy to be the grown up in the room. It's why I don't use a mic anymore myself, but I'm also not trying to grind out a rank anymore either.
I completely agree with you.
I actually lost my main account over a year ago because I used to respond to toxic players, and since then, I decided to rely only on in-game tools — like pings or simple text messages — to communicate.
If my team doesn’t want to listen, I simply don’t care anymore. It’s frustrating for both sides, but the current ranked system requires patience, focus, awareness, and calm decision-making — things that many players sadly lack.
I’m not saying I’m always right, but the overall player quality in ranked is honestly terrible.
For example, I might have 5 kills and 3 assists, and I know that if we take a fight in a certain area, we’ll instantly get third-partied.
I warn my teammates about it, but they ignore me, push anyway, die, and then start flaming and insulting — even though I warned them!
That’s one of the most annoying things about being a solo queue player.
Often, I just mute them to keep my focus and avoid ruining my day.
There are also many players who think they can solo-wipe a full squad by themselves — which almost never works.
The system sometimes drops us in specific zones, and you’ll see one of them leave the area, rush a full team alone, die, and then start swearing because you were looting or rotating elsewhere.
How can anyone play seriously with such teammates, even if they’re mechanically skilled?
On top of that, language barriers make using a mic pointless most of the time.
For example, I speak Arabic, but my teammates might be Russian, so I can’t understand anything they say.
And even when they speak English, poor accents and pronunciation often lead to misunderstandings, frustration, and toxic behavior.
That’s why I find using the mic not worth it in many situations.

I could have written that exact same post if I still played ranked. That's exactly the way I remember it. Can't say I miss it at all, but more power to you if you can still stomach it!
