Afking

Why is it every time I go into a game someone always leaves when knocked or afks at drop or runs off like this is some solo game. The community of players reporting this has to be a lot because I would estimate about 1 in 3 games has one of those types of players. Now I understand we have a lot of nort fite kids but do something about this. The community doesn't need to be the next league of legends for toxicity so remove afking, solo playing and leavers with harsher punishment for doing so. Thank you
