@EA_Kent Why are there so many buffs to lobas ult and no buffs to her bracelet.

@RustedYoda I'd rather buff her by adding the ability to pick up banners with her ultimate and open the blue supply crates.

    @BigBlackCaustic yeah that would also be good, but i still think the bracelet needs at least a little animation change.
