close & midrange looks kinda suspicous nailing flawless right on target,
probably not impossible if your good to do?
long range looks really weird? although i dont know how it works
with aimbot and such coming to travel time and drop angles?
it just looks really weird so can´t tell if he cheats or not.

That long range erratic movement is due to a aim lock cheat when target moves. It's a aim lock cheat, and not using autofire. Most probably he was also using wallhack to know when to fire.
Already reported him on his Origin profile using that video.
