Aimbotters in console lobbies

So I ran into [Edit] a lot of times now, someone who uses aimbot and is somehow in console ranked games. I just dont understand how this person is not banned yet. He has been doing this for 2...

Oh, we know who you mean, even if they removed the name from your post due to the naming and shaming policy.
Apparently they are on PC and somehow found a way into console ranked, from what people've been saying.
Saw them in Hal's game the other day. Hal's team btw killed them and then proceeded to spam some party invites to Hal, where you could see it was a PC icon, not a PS icon like when they hack around in console lobbies. Hal and his team were also all like "how is this guy still not banned, he's been doing this for over a month".
This guy is pretty famous then. Wish they would address something about this issue. Now it just seems they don't care at all.
