Almost reached 1st place today until..... speed hacking cheater. NICE!!! (twice)

For the love of god.

• HOW hard is it so make a simple script that can detect usual or fast movement and ban the player for cheating? 
• HOW hard is it to make fake "player like" targets that are invisible to confuse the aimbot? You can make these invisible targets swing around the view of the player. (normal players wont see this)
• HOW hard is it to unload players if you CANNOT see them. Thus making wall hack less effective. 

I know some "solutions" would cost some extra CPU power and or bandwidth but if league of legends can do it. Why not EA?
