Am I cooked? Merging account errors

So back when I was a kid a few years ago I got an Xbox under my parents email and had apex. Eventually I switched my Xbox account under my email and everything was still good. Well recently, I wanted to play Apex on steam and merge my accounts. I swapped my EA account email from my father's to mine and linked my steam account. Logged in on steam....level 1 account. Okay well, I'll check Xbox.... also now a level 1 account. All my progress is gone and i cant link or unlink anything until January 2027 is there anyone I can talk to about this? I know i'm not going crazy because all of my achievements still show up. I was really hoping to get back into this game but these forums have been my last resort. EA AI chatbots can't help at all and there's literally nothing I can do so I was really hoping to speak to someone about this. Unless the best thing to do is just to never play the game again, I don't want to start over.
