An ordinary player's confession after being banned for no reason

I've been banned without a reason also toady, I've made another account to see what's going on in the game and saw many ppl banned during games, I assumed there was some major ban-wave, well after 5 hours of playing hackers were back in the lead, I got  into teams that were running across entire map to meet some team you shouldnt even hear or know was there obviously, got deleted by 2 shot r-99'ers like before (all headshots ofc **bleep** thos hacks they have are so cost efective nowadays he didnt even put half his clip into me), seems that EA banned lots of ppl but it didn't help at all, fun fackt - [CM note- this part was removed based on our rules], this game is dead lol

I was banned earlier this month. Still in a dispute war with a EA Help. I had an EA Adviser tell me “sorry make a new account”. 

 I was rank grinding this split so I had to make a new account and rush to plat so I can play with my plat/diamond team. My (banned) main account is currently Diamond IV.

My boyfriend who has a burner, helped me obviously. And guess what, he was banned today. It’s not our fault that we’re DIAMOND players in Bronze lobbies. That’s EA’s problem. Stop banning honest players and the new comers can enjoy the game at their own pace.

I was banned for “cheating” with my under 0.5 k/d … right cheating.. I play support. I keep the team alive and get assists. I’m very close to just streaming something else at this point.

ROSEKILLER_OVO​, P1stolero_pl​, RealSwtpotatoTTV​ Unfortunately, bans cannot be handled on the forums. You would have to contact the EA TOS Team, (like what RealSwtpotatoTTV​ had said they done).

Playing on a second account after getting banned would be considered "ban evading", (which would get the second account banned, and the first account's ban would be even harder to dispute with the EA TOS Team since you had evaded its ban).

Thank you for your attention and comfort. My account was unbanned after one day of ban. The interesting thing is that although my appeal email was rejected, it automatically unbanned my game. xd

Thank you for your attention and comfort. My account was unbanned after one day of ban now. The interesting thing is that although my appeal email was rejected, it automatically unbanned my apex.   It seems that there are serious problems with EA's anti-cheat ban  now.

question: so If I was wrongfully banned, I can’t even make a new account to start over? I just have to quit the game? 

also, I’m wired into a mesh network because my setup is too far from the router for stable WiFi/wired connection… could this be an issue to why my account is being flagged?

I understand that you're saying its a false ban, I just remember reading in Apex's rules that ban evading is a bannable offense. As such, it would be better to not use a second account while your first account is banned, and to dispute the first account's ban with the EA TOS Team.

For mesh networks, I'm not sure if that would of flagged your account or not, but I haven't heard of anyone else having an issue while connected to a mesh network.

Midnight9746​ I agree I have also read, and reread the ToS. I really do just enjoy playing the game, do I like starting over and losing my cosmetics — no. I spoke to an adviser who told me I would be able to make a new account. So I did. 

I really do hope it’s not my mesh network, it’s an eero standard I don’t have the fancy stuff that they offer. Is there anywhere I can look to see? Maybe do some research? 

Never been banned but I know about 10 people who got banned 2 seasons ago but never broke any rules.

When they contact EA they get told they are not banned or suspended but at the same time in game they are. BEEN an issue for a while now and sadly EA only really using bots to reply and respawn doesn't ever reply

Its weird that they did tell you to create a new account. I wonder if they misunderstood the situation, (which can happen sometimes).

About 5 years ago, I had to use a mesh network, (I was connected to a "Wi-Fi extender" due to being far from the router), and I had played the game for about 2 years before moving, (which would been about 3 years ago from now). The only issue I've had with the Wi-Fi extender was more lag than usual, (which was to be expected).

As I've said, I'm not sure if a mesh network would get you flagged or not though.

Sounds like possible false bans and as for being told they're banned, (but they're not according to the EA TOS Team), it might be an account glitch or something else.

They could try relogging, clearing the launcher's cache, (if they're on PC), etc., however other than that, I'm not sure what could be going on with their accounts.

In times like this, I wish I could review accounts, (but I'm unable to since I'm only a volunteer).
