I'm afraid you've got this backwards. Controller has a great advantage in point blank encounters, precisely because of aim assist. This is the heart of the complaint that MnK players have against aim assist being in the game (or, more specifically, being unable to opt out of playing against controller players on PC).
Also, no more 55 hour streams for you, OK?? Your fans worry about your health!
EDIT: I found a resource to help you understand exactly how the mechanic of aim assist works in Apex. Informed discussions are always much more fruitful!

No that is not the real streamer, just someone who tried to steal his alias. The real one hates aim-assist as much as the rest of us, and his alias is "iiTzTimmy". Like most good MnK players, he is mostly playing Valorant as this game isn't a MnK game (oddly, it's made for controllers).

OH MY GOD we've all been duped! Thanks so much for clearing that up.

I was watching a controller player on twitch, and what I found ironic was that every time he lost to another controller player, his comment was "oh he had a better aim-assist than me" "wtf is my aim-assist not working!" ...
A parody between MnK vs Controller.
Playing Apex on MnK is like being a Gladiator. You have to rely on your reaction speed, your aim, your muscle memory, and the art of knowing every combat technique and wit to overcome your enemies.
Playing Apex on a Controller is like being a Drone pilot and most of them be like " man this is soo much harder than what the Gladiators did, we have to use our thumbs omegalulz".
