Another person got my account banned

Question

Somewhat recently I let my little brother play on my apex account because I had taken a break from it due to work related stuff and it has come to my attention that while he was using it he has been swearing and using very vulgar language, and the part that really upsets me is that I gave him gift cards every now and then to buy cosmetics and other things on apex, so I see it unfair that my account which I have spent more than 300$ dollars on just gone, so is there anyway I could get my account unbanned and use it again if I’m the one actually using it this time?

@TheDuckLord1234 I recall when the dog ate my homework back in 1978... it didn't work for me either.

Passwords are on accounts for a good reason. Little brothers should not be playing on your $300 private account. You should have made him a free account of his own.

Your account will stay banned! Does not matter how much money was spent.

You broke the rules!

Account sharing is against the terms of service. This is standard for all online games.

You're responsible for all actions on your account! (Again this is standard in all games!)

Whatever your brother did while playing is on you!

This can sometimes include being hacked, if you make poor decisions.

You see everyone would make this claim to avoid bans, hopefully you learn you lesson from this.

I would have to agree with Bunnytwo however, in sharing your account with your brother, you yourself have also broken the TOS.

Yeah man, unfortunately you are responsible for that.&nbsp; Think of it like what your parents might have to deal with if you were to go out and destroy property.&nbsp; I'm sorry that it appears to be an expensive lesson.&nbsp; I bet little bro has some rough times ahead!

I haven’t gotten the chance to speak to an actual ea help associate just your regular automated bot message, so far they haven’t been to keen on helping me with the specifics of this matter&nbsp;
