    Hey @TroubleShootings when posting on AHQ please do so in a polite and constructive manner.

    You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team in realtion to any ban.

    There is no other way to speak with the team and we are not able to assist with TOS issues on AHQ.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    You can also contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

  • Hello sir i have spoke with ea.support and they dont answer me.

    Before 1 week my Apex Legends account get banned for not reasson. I just asked ea support for help i opened ticket in case's and they tell me i get banned for cheating or something like this.

    I am player since season 2 i never use any program or something the only program i use its Razer Synapse from my mouse for x-sensitivity. I have invest in this account a lot of money for skins, apex packs battle passes etc and i get banned for using razer synapse i dont understand. ea support doenst give me any answer can you help me ?

    @TroubleShootings Hey there, I do not think this program is what handed down the ban. This program would of been flagged a long time ago as a false positive if this was the case.

    As for the ban it self there is nothing that can be done from the forums. This is only something the TOS team has information to and forum mods do not have that access. All you can do is file a ticket for an appeal and wait for the response.

    Response times can differ because of the influx of tickets that are coming in with people being home because of the pandemic. So getting a response can take anywhere from 1 week to at times a month or so.
  • What i suppost to do ? my account still banned last month for no damn reasson EA doesnt answer me

    @TroubleShootings As I have mentioned response times can take a little bit to happen. There is a lot of tickets sent in. So all you can do is wait for them to respond.

    @TroubleShootings I am sorry this has happened but there is nothing more that can be done here. Forum mods just do not have this access. You may also try to use the EA Twitter help team to possibly look into the case.
